Abstract
This thesis describes the design concept of the mechanism for automatic control of a car tailgate. The main parameters and values for the design of the actuator were obtained by analyzing the kinematics of the tailgate. I suggested three design concepts actuator from which was chosen the best option. Design is cylindrically shaped and ejecting the movable part from the fixed part ensures push chain. Chain is driven by direct current electric motor with gearhead. For this variant was developed computational part and 3D model of actuator. This thesis also includes assembly drawing and manufacturing drawings of the selected parts.
