Aktuátor pátých dveří osobního automobilu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konceptu mechanismu pro automatické ovládání pátých dveří daného automobilu. Hlavní parametry a hodnoty pro návrh aktuátoru byly získané analýzou kinematiky pátých dveří. Navrhl jsem tři konstrukční koncepty aktuátoru, z kterých byla vybrána nejvýhodnější varianta. Konstrukce aktuátoru je válcového tvaru a vysouvání pohyblivé části z pevné části zabezpečuje tlačný řetěz. Řetěz pohání jednosměrný elektromotor s převodovkou. Dále byla k této variante vypracovaná výpočtová část a 3D model. Tato práce obsahuje také sestavní výkres a dílenské výkresy vybraných dílů.

This thesis describes the design concept of the mechanism for automatic control of a car tailgate. The main parameters and values for the design of the actuator were obtained by analyzing the kinematics of the tailgate. I suggested three design concepts actuator from which was chosen the best option. Design is cylindrically shaped and ejecting the movable part from the fixed part ensures push chain. Chain is driven by direct current electric motor with gearhead. For this variant was developed computational part and 3D model of actuator. This thesis also includes assembly drawing and manufacturing drawings of the selected parts.
