Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the design of welding jig for production robotic arm. The introduction describes the origin of the first industrial robot, the classification of robots according to the type of movements and the current number of industrial robots. The next part is describes the issue of weldability of aluminum and its alloys, with used conventional and unconventional welding methods. The practical part describes the principles for welding jigs of aluminum weldments. It is designed its own welding jig for the solved part. In the end is performed a technical and economic evaluation and is developed complete drawing documentation.
