Technické řešení horizontálních ramen SCARA robotu RTX

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with detailed analysis of the actual state of the SCARA UMI RTX robot and the possibilities of improving fulfillment of its functions. In the first part of the thesis is performed the current state of the studied robot and detailed 3D model is created. Subsequently, a market survey is conducted with the current SCARA robots. On the basis of the information obtained, the requirements for the improvement of the robot functions are determined and the concepts are made according to them. These concepts are transformed into an existing 3D model and their impact on robot functionality is objectively judged. Finally, the technical documentation of the proposed changes is created.
